"The Riesling Trocken O., with los-nr. 23130, was made from fruit picked in Pünderich and was macerated for 5 months and finished its fermentation in Fuder and was bottled un-filtered and with only minimal added SO2. This pale-bronze-yellow colored wine offers a superb nose of herbs, baked pear, almond, citrus, white flower, and cream. It is still a touch firm on the palate, where the nutty and almond side is beautifully wrapped in fine flavors of pear, grapefruit, and starfruit. The finish is juicy, subtly tart, and hugely animating. This is a great orange wine in the making!
